Recently, Qindao Timber Industry Association reached cooperation intention with the organizers that they will lead a delegation to attend the sixth China Global Wood Trade Conference (GWT China),which will be held in Wuhan from 13rd to 14th,September.
In the past two years,as a partner, Qindao Timber Industry Association participated in the preparatory work and publicity work of the meetings actively, providing great support for the smash hit of the past two meetings.
In 2014, the 4th China Global Wood Trade Conference (GWT China) was held in Qingdao, and with the great effort of Qindao Timber Industry Association,more than 300 delegates visited the North timber trading center and other timber enterprises, ports, industrial parks in Qingdao, enhancing the understanding of the development of wood industry in Qingdao as well as promoting the exchanges and cooperation between Chinese and foreign enterprises.
Qingdao timber industry association was established at the end of December 2013, interesting on behalf of wood industry enterprises, maintenancing the legitimate rights and interests of the industry, reflecting the demands of the wood enterprises,coordinating the relationship between wood enterprises, standardizing enterprise behavior, maintaining fair competition and market order, linking to the government, strengthening international cooperation,providing services for the industry, enterprises and government, and promoting the steady development of the wood industry.
In 2016, in order to follow the national strategy, the 6th China Global Wood Trade Conference (GWT China) will be held in Wuhan,which is the provincial capital of Hubei province. With the success in the last five sessions of the China Global Wood Trade Conferences, the sixth session of the meeting will continue to strengthen trade cooperation and exchanges between the international timber enterprises, local government and relevant agencies, deepen the close link between local enterprises, provide an international platform for communication between local enterprises and associations, and make unremitting efforts to promote the development of timber trade in the world.
