Mr. Sviatoslav Bychkov is involved with forestry, pulp & paper and wood working industry for the past 15 years. He is currently working for the biggest Russian sawn wood and softwood plywood producer with extensive international operations in Germany and strong presence on all major international sawn timber markets focusing on China. He is primarily responsible for Public Affairs, Government Relations and Strategic business development.

Ilim Timber Industry (www.ilimtimber.com) has over 3,000 employees and is a leading global manufacturer of sawn goods, deep processed timber products and softwood plywood. ITI was established in 2007 as a spin-off of the former woodworking assets of Ilim Pulp, the largest Russian pulp and paper company, as part of the JV arrangements with International Paper. The consolidated capacity of Ilim Timber is about 2.65 million cubic meters of sawn timber and 240 thousand cubic meters of softwood plywood. Production facilities are located in Russia and Germany.
