Mr. Li Li, 35, native of Xian, Shaanxi Province, in China, is currently an Executive Director and the Chief Executive Officer of China Wood Optimization (Holding) Limited (¡°China Wood¡±),  and one of the founders of the Group. He is responsible for the strategic planning and operations of the Group. Hebei AMS Wood Processing Co., Ltd. (¡°Hebei AMS¡±) is a wholly owned subsidiary of China Wood which was listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (stock code: 08099) on 6 January 2014.

Mr. Li has accumulated over seven years of experience in sales, business management and more than two years of experience in the chemical industry. He previously worked in ASUSTek Computer, a Global 500 company, and has gained extensive experience in the sales and marketing of industrial products. From 2006 to 2009, Mr. Li worked as the technical supervisor at Beijing Quan Hui Chemical Co. Ltd., mainly responsible for technical project planning and promotion. From 2009 onward, he served as General Manager of Hebei AMS and is responsible for the operation issues. Mr. Li was appointed as an Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of China Wood on 23 July 2012 and 20 December 2013 respectively. He is also a member of the remuneration committee and the nomination committee of China Wood.

Over the years, Mr. Li has been focusing on large scale industrial product sales and has gained rich experience along with his career¡¯s progression. His previous positions as manager of a sales department and technical supervisor have familiarized him with the market environment and marketing strategies as well as successful management methods and operational approaches of industrial enterprises.

In recent years, under Mr. Li¡¯s leadership, Hebei AMS has rapidly developed and extended its reach in the industry and improved its efficiency, laying a solid foundation for growth and a bright future. Hebei AMS will continue its outstanding achievements in the field of wood optimization.
