Mr. Luis Fernando Rojas (Luosinan in Chinese) arrived to Beijing in 

August of 1993 to initiate formal studies of Chinese at the Beijing 

Language Institute. He finished after four years and decided to stay 

in China, so Mr. Rojas has continuously lived in Beijing for 21 years. 

His working experience includes being a former Representative of 

an Ecuadorian Banana exporting company, former Representative 

of the Export and Investment Corporation of Ecuador (CORPEI).

He is now working at the Embassy of Ecuador in Beijing as Commercial  Counselor, position 

that he already held once during his first term as Commercial Counselor between 1999 and 

2009.

He has ample experience assisting Ecuadorian and South American clients to establish 

business ties in China as well as promoting Ecuadorian products in China.
